Triad Pairs PART 2

by | Jazz Improvisation

Hope you were able to watch PART1 of Triad Pairs from Hexatonic Scales which I posted last week. In it I taught the theory and procedure to get you started on this post-bop concept that has been employed by many jazz guitarists such as Jim Hall, Pat Metheny, John Scofield and many others.

In this lesson I’m happy to announce PART 2, in which I teach you 6 Cool Triad Pair Licks that you can use over major II-V-Is.  At the end of the video I even give you a demonstration of how I do so over a standard. And like I stated in PART 1, in the download you get an additional 10 licks not featured on the video!
